Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tbsp blackening seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken generously with blackening seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.
  3. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
