Description

Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are handheld dough bites filled with seasoned beef, melty cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, and a tangy homemade special sauce—bringing the iconic fast-food flavors into a fun, crowd-pleasing snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough or biscuit dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder (to taste)
  • 68 slices American cheese, cut into small squares
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
  • For the Special Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar or pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Butter or egg wash (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix a small amount of special sauce into the cooled beef for added flavor.
  4. Divide dough into 12–16 equal portions and flatten each into a disc.
  5. Add a spoonful of beef, a piece of cheese, a little shredded lettuce, and pickles to each disc. Top with a small dollop of special sauce.
  6. Wrap and seal dough around filling, pinching edges to form a ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with butter or egg wash and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  8. Optional: Brush with melted butter after baking and garnish with more lettuce and special sauce drizzle before serving.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Add onions or more pickles for crunch and flavor.
  • Cheddar or provolone can replace American cheese.
  • Top with sesame seeds before baking for a Big Mac look.
  • Serve fresh lettuce and sauce on the side if preferred.
