Description
Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are handheld dough bites filled with seasoned beef, melty cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, and a tangy homemade special sauce—bringing the iconic fast-food flavors into a fun, crowd-pleasing snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough or biscuit dough
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder (to taste)
- 6–8 slices American cheese, cut into small squares
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
- For the Special Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar or pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Butter or egg wash (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Mix a small amount of special sauce into the cooled beef for added flavor.
- Divide dough into 12–16 equal portions and flatten each into a disc.
- Add a spoonful of beef, a piece of cheese, a little shredded lettuce, and pickles to each disc. Top with a small dollop of special sauce.
- Wrap and seal dough around filling, pinching edges to form a ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with butter or egg wash and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Optional: Brush with melted butter after baking and garnish with more lettuce and special sauce drizzle before serving.
Notes
- Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Add onions or more pickles for crunch and flavor.
- Cheddar or provolone can replace American cheese.
- Top with sesame seeds before baking for a Big Mac look.
- Serve fresh lettuce and sauce on the side if preferred.
