Ingredients
- 3–4 turkey wings, separated at the joints
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or roasting pan.
- Pat turkey wings dry with paper towels and place in the dish.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub seasoning all over the turkey wings.
- Scatter chopped onion and garlic over and around the wings.
- Pour chicken broth or water into the pan for moisture.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for 30–45 minutes until golden and tender.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
