Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square or round baking pan.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix just until combined.

- Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the batter.
