Description

Soft and tender almond flour sugar cookies with lightly crisp edges and a delicate buttery flavor. Naturally gluten-free and made with simple pantry ingredients, these cookies are easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the almond flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass or your hand.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
