Description

Air Fryer Grilled Cheese is a crispy, gooey, golden sandwich made fast and easy with the air fryer. It’s the ultimate comfort food, perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (white, sourdough, whole wheat, or your choice)
  • 12 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, mozzarella, etc.)
  • Optional: tomato slices, bacon, ham, or mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place cheese between two bread slices, buttered sides facing out.
  4. Place sandwich in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 4–5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Let rest 1 minute, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • Mix cheese varieties for extra flavor and meltiness.
