Description

Air Fryer Garlic Bread is the ultimate quick and crispy side dish—golden and crunchy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, with rich garlic flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian loaf, halved or sliced thick
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for extra crispiness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, salt, and parsley or herbs until combined.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over bread slices or halves.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
  5. Place bread in the air fryer basket, buttered side up, without overlapping. Work in batches if necessary.
  6. Air fry for 4–6 minutes until golden and bubbly on top.
  7. Cool slightly, slice if needed, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add mozzarella or provolone for a cheesy variation.
